Ammon Arts Community Theater needs help with 9/11 anniversary event
AMMON, Idaho (KIFI) – The Ammon Arts Community Theater and Thunder Ridge Drama Department are asking the audience for help with a special event.
From Thursday September 9 to Saturday September 11, AACT will present “Hole in the Sky”.
“Hole in the Sky” is a historical drama based on some of the stories shared by survivors and family members of the victims of the World Trade Center attacks on September 11.
In addition to the room, they hope to turn the Thunder Ridge Auditorium lobby into a museum with artifacts, stories, journals, photos, and a name wall.
They want events to be free to the public and, in return, need the public’s help to make it happen. The theater is looking for people to volunteer or donate to the event, requesting artifacts / memorabilia for the lobby.
Items will be loaned and returned after the show.
Those interested in helping or donating can contact the Ammon Arts Community Theater at [email protected] or visit their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/AmmonArtsCT/
Details of the show can be found here.
